We retain candidate profile data for up to three (3) years from the date of last engagement activity, after which it is securely deleted unless the candidate has consented to ongoing retention for future opportunity consideration. Client engagement data is retained for seven (7) years for business record and legal compliance purposes. Contact form submissions are retained for twelve (12) months.
